*Please note there is an administrative fee when billing insurance (the self pay rate is discounted for payment at time of service); also patients are responsible for all co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and any amount that insurance does not cover. Insurance does not cover missed appointments. If you miss your appointment you will be billed the self pay rate.
*Even if your health insurance is not listed here you still may have out-of-network benefits and we would be glad to check on that for you. If it turns out that you do not, please feel free to review our "Massage SAVINGS" link as Eve's Sanctuary has great discounts and specials OR we would be happy to provide you with a receipt to submit a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. Also, you may want to check with your employer to see if they offer medical flex-spending or health savings accounts (FSA or HSA); as many times these programs cover expenses (including massage/still need a prescription usually) that sometimes are denied or not covered by insurance.
